Hi,
my name is Stefan Krueger, and I really love to help people with their install problems.
Actually I'm doing this all day: I'm working full time as a setup consultant. I also run the InstallSite.org web site and spend a considerable amount of time in newsgroups and web forums, answering questions about Windows Installer, InstallShield, and other setup related topics, at no charge.
But since I need to make a living I have to limit my free support to the aforementioned public places, providing one-to-many support. If you need individual assistance, please consider a consulting or support contract. If you are an end user having trouble installing software on your computer, please contact the manufacturer.
Please understand that I do not appreciate unsolicited e-mail requests for free help, as this cuts down on the number of folks I may be helping with my volunteer efforts.
