Loading RICHED20.DLL failed. GetLastError() returned: [...].

Description

At the end of the error message a system error code will be displayed.

This error may be caused by a virus infection. Some viruses like "Nimda" copy themselves to the infected computer using file names of system file, like Riched20.dll. Read more about Nimda at http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_99209.htm

If a virus is not the cause of your problem, try renaming Riched20.dll and then run instmsi.exe
