How do I install the MSI Runtime, .NET Framework and other prerequisites?

Some setup authoring tools have built in capability to install prerequisite packages. If your authoring tool can't do this, you can use following free tools:

• dotNetInstaller - Setup Bootstrapper for .NET Application (at The Code Project)
• Microsoft Component Installer Software Development Kit
