Why doesn't my combo box show a scroll bar?

If the list contains more entries than can be displayed in the drop down list, normally a scroll bar should be displayed. However there is a bug in Windows Installer in that the drop-down list will not display a scroll bar if there are more items than can be displayed at once. You will have to inclrease the height of the combo box, or use a list box instead, which will properly display a scroll bar if required.
