How do I create a shortcut to my uninstaller?

Create a non-advertised shortcut with the following properties:

Target: [SystemFolder]\msiexec.exe
Argument: /x [ProductCode]

Note, however, that this is a violation of section 5.6 of Microsoft's logo guidelines: "Do not place shortcuts to documents, help, or uninstall in the Start Menu".
