What is this "Orca" I keep hearing about?

Orca is a utility from Microsoft that enables one to view and modify MSI database tables directly. It's part of the Windows Installer SDK.

After installing the SDK you'll find the install package for Orca at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\Bin\Orca.msi.
